May 27 - Fires on the Mountains
Up at 5:45am and
out the door,
through
through
a
blazing
mix
of
sun
and
shadow,
early enough to take care of errands,
for the weekly rendezvous with Crystal and Stanley.
Another
wonderful
time, with birthday gifts to bestow, before making the way to DVC and
last-minute make-up work
(exams,
quizzes,
compositions)
for the
Music Theoreticians and Historians
(with a break
to the bookstore
in-
between).
It's graduation day,
and wind up making an
impromptu visit to
Owen and the
Orchestra
on the
playing field during the ceremony, re essential department logistics.
Home, mid-evening, to compose page 7 of Psalm 57 (variant on King David: IX), transferring On the Road (Op. 112) from PC to Mac via email, doing a pdf of Seasons' Eves (Op. 14): II. Summer (Fireworks), and incorporating a 19th clip for the Camino Real: Block 9 video.
Up to an even 500 MB (48.87%) of the 1024 -- still comfortably with 8 days to spare re budgeted usage.
