May 24 - Having Fun Yet...
Exam continuation and Final Compositions in Theory, including wonderful work by Katie, Jason, Mitch,
Miranda,
Robert,
Brandon,
Dave, and
Michael --
and seemingly a good time is had by all... it has been a great pleasure to be with these folks four days a week since January...
After lingering with Mona, Michael, and Dave -- head out to a late lunch at
Elephant
Bar, continuing to grade papers for the last meeting of the evening class, making the way musichistoricalogically all the way to present times, and, again, it has been a pleasant situation with these folks since the beginning of the semester, as well.
Stop in briefly to thank Owen and the DVC Philharmonic Orchestra for playing New Big People Old Trouble So Sunday, then make the way home to continue the day's activities, including
composing page 4 of Psalm 57 (a version of King David: IX. Pity!)
pdf'ing Three Places in America (Op. 13): II. Lexington, Kentucky
transferring Cats, Dogs, and Divas (Op. 104) via email from PC to Mac
incorporating an 18th video clip into the Camino Real: Block 9 video.
