September 9 - Earth and Sky
A leisurely Friday morning (the only one since April, and happy to be usually getting up much earlier), doing the 21st-Century Music daily endeavors, plus pdf for part 4 of Orpheus Cycle: VI. Lyre's Melody and composing a fifth system of Psalm 71 --

Diablo
Valley
adventures,
then taking the back route through Moraga and Redwood Regional Park to Oakland
and the Airport to pick up Crystal. Enroute receive word from Carolyn that the flight is 2 hours late, and from Bette that it is 15 minutes late.
Wishing to cover
all contingencies,
arrive
early enough,
just in case the
latter is true, and work at the computer on various projects until the plane is to land... 7:30, pushed back to 9:15, re-scheduled to 9:55, then actually arriving at 9:40, without a third update on the posted schedule. Oh well... eventually we connect, and very glad to have her back in the Bay Area. Call Bette and Carolyn (talk to Toby in the latter case), relating that all is well, and we head back to Marin, then ultimately home.
