December 6 - Foot Race
Another beautiful Monday, so perhaps it is time to finish the cross-California jaunt from the Coast to the Tahoe Basin, but first another page (8) composed for Psalm 42 and the
commute
to
Diablo
Valley
College, where
Carlos, Haley, and Ian hold forth in fine student teaching -- postluded by the last eight Mary Variations videos.
Beyond,
it's
off
to
Sonoma
to connect the dots between Penngrove and
Railroad Avenue to the north --
past
palmy
prospects,
balmy
barns,
rangy redwoods,
mangy mansions,
the eucalypti of Lichau Creek,
hamstrung horses,
staring sheep, and
unusual nomenclature ---
the route finally finished,
catching the last rays over Meacham Hill and the county's
Mountain, returning to take hold of the day's History Phases video:
VII. Latin Lyric (Orientis Partibus).
