March 21 - On the Cusp, Maybe
Page 4 of Psalm 50 and some 21st-Century Music work
before
a
dictation / keyboard-solfege / board-harmony on Scott Joplin's The Entertainer,
with make-up quizzes and tutorials directly following in one of the larger, heavily-used practice rooms.
Linger afterward in the lab and over coffee with Doug,
finishing the composition of 50 (through 6) and recording same,
touching base with Bruce over possible plans for the fall.
Beyond,
the Coast
Range
beckons
to
the
Bay Bridge and San Francisco for another
Lisa Scola Prosek
Salon (with her music along with that of
Allan Crossman, David Graves, Loren Jones, and Marty Stoddard, plus Camino Real: Prologue), followed by the monthly
San Francisco Composers Chamber Orchestra
board meeting at Erling's. Home to put up the second movement of Psalm 6 (i.e. VI-X) and bring the video for Camino Real: Block 2 up to 6 minutes.
